The <strong>Master Scheduler </strong>position has the responsibility (for leading a global team of Planners and Schedulers). The Master Scheduler is responsible for converting the unconstrained demand plan into a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) for our Manufacturing Site or Purchasing plan, while delivering service level targets at the agreed inventory investment.<br><br>This role will be responsible for delivering adherence to the MATERIALS planning process, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the capabilities of the supply planning team. In addition, this person will play a critical role in the Supply Review portion of the S&OP process.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Support Backoffice Planning activities of various ERP systems through partnering with in-house as well as consulting resources</li><li>Participate in future ERP upgrades, migrations, and consolidation</li><li>Track purchased materials shipments from suppliers (Local and overseas) to our Factory and Distribution Center and Distribution Partners.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in MPS/ERP strategies, processes, and tools</li><li>Accountable for Customer Service Levels and Inventory KPI's</li><li>Responsible for Vendor Service Level tracking and performance KPI's</li><li>Compliance to the materials planning processes and policies (Ex: master data exceptions, inventory within min/max compliance)</li><li>Develop and enhance MPS/DRP planning skills and competencies within the region by assessing and identifying knowledge gaps and leading relevant training sessions</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning team</li><li>Escalate supply constraints/risks</li><li>Work with the functional teams to solve supply issues and balance supply and demand.</li><li>Monitor and control inventory at the network of national distribution centers.</li><li>Provide expert level guidance and support for optimized use of the ERP systems.</li><li>Tracking/optimizing/implementing KPIs including, but not limited to:</li><li>Backorder Level / CFR</li><li>Inventory Turns, SLOBS and EOL</li><li>Compliance to min/max inventory targets</li><li>Master data exceptions</li><li>Frozen period violations</li><li>S&OP KPI's</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration required</li><li>Supply Chain related Certifications such as APICS (CSCP or CPIM) are preferred</li><li>5-7+ years of Supply Chain or relevant Business experience</li><li>Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems and business software applications such as Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word and/or Access </li><li>2-3+ years of management or leadership experience</li><li>Experience working in the CPG industry preferred</li><li>Strong experience in high volume ship from stock processes</li></ul>
