Manufacturing Plant Recruiter

<p>As a Plastipak Recruiter, you are a brand ambassador, engaging with plant manufacturing talent pools and Medina area community partners to showcase all that Plastipak has to offer.  You'll leverage your expertise as a Recruiter to attract qualified candidates and hire talented associates to the Plastipak Medina manufacturing site.<p><b>You Will</b></p><ul><li>Leverage a variety of tools, channels and mediums to proactively attract quality plant manufacturing candidates to Plastipak.</li><li>Screen candidates, swiftly advancing talent through the interview &amp; selection process, as well as successfully securing offers &amp; clearing new hires to start.</li><li>Manage candidate experience, responding promptly to candidate inquiries &amp; clearly communicating with all candidates in a respectful manner.</li><li>Establish &amp; maintain partnerships with local groups &amp; institutions to build talent pipelines.</li><li>Use Workday to facilitate the recruiting process &amp; maintain accurate &amp; compliant records.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process, including talent selection.</li></ul><p><b>You Have</b></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications.</li><li>​A minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience, with a solid track record of screening and qualifying candidates for semi-skilled &amp; skilled positions in a manufacturing operation.</li><li>Proven success generating talent through community-based channels.  Existing relationships with associations &amp; institutions in the Medina area is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Workday), communication platforms and recruiting via career hubs &amp; social platforms.</li><li>Previous exposure to the employee side of human resources, including onboarding &amp; HR administration (preferred).</li></ul><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Please note: This is a full-time in-office position.
