Your responsibilities will include managing ECO processes, ensuring ERP data accuracy, and providing valuable cost estimates and quotes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and profitable business decisions.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Provide innovative engineering support to align manufacturing processes with company goals.</li><li>Manage the ECO process, ensuring clear communication of operational implications.</li><li>Maintain ERP integrity by managing files, drawings, and data inputs related to ECO changes.</li><li>Oversee cost estimating and quoting processes for ERP Bill of Materials (BOM) and Method of Manufacturing (MOM) setups.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales and Management team to minimize profitability risks.</li><li>Assist the purchasing team with bulk steel pricing and long-term vendor solutions.</li><li>Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction without compromising quality.</li><li>Develop, execute, and document project tasks, adhering to timelines and governance policies.</li><li>Create or modify work instructions, technical documents, and non-conformance reports.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain documentation for ECO and cost estimating processes.</li><li>Resolve issues and delays with advanced problem-solving skills.</li></ul><br><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the manufacturing and engineering industry.</li><li>Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><br>Join a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.
