A Manager in Training role relies on proven leadership skills with an ability to learn the automotive tire and service business and all facets of satisfying customer service needs while also managing staff, inventory, facilities, equipment and all resources involved.

Essential Skills:

• Lead and continuously develop team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast-paced environment
• Mentor, coach and motivate teammates while developing their technical and professional skills
• Provide top notch service to our valued customers
• Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, inventory, expense and payroll management
• Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the store including both the retail and commercial businesses (as applicable)
• Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals

• Three or more years of management experience (preferably in retail or automotive)
• Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service market
• Knowledge managing to budget and P&L
• Must possess the ability to use computers/POS system
• Proven ability communicate effectively and establish lasting customer relationships
• Plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards.
• Associates degree preferred
