We are seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to enhance our brand recognition, credibility, and growth by constructing a high-performing funnel for our new business lines. As a key player reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve strategic leadership and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization to boost our client's cultural visibility and relevance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a strategic guardian for the brand. Ensure all campaigns and communications align with the brand's positioning, messaging, voice, and visual style. Lead integrated GTM and campaign strategy. Develop and execute marketing GTMs and campaigns that synergize across marketing channels for optimal results. Oversee demand generation. Proactively seek ways to enhance demand and improve conversion throughout the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness to e-commerce checkout. Utilize marketing tools effectively. Manage and extract insights from tools such as SEO (SEMRush, Ahrefs), paid search, social media platforms, and Google Analytics to craft and implement strategies. Foster collaboration. Work closely with team members to deploy strategies through email, text, web, e-commerce, and other channels. Manage campaign projects. Organize and control campaign strategies, tactics, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring they deliver measurable business results. Track and adjust. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies as necessary. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing In-depth knowledge of demand generation, lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion rate optimization strategies Skilled in using marketing automation and CRM tools Strong analytical abilities and project management skills Proven capacity to meet tight deadlines, adapt to priority shifts, and balance immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals Demonstrated success in influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to align on initiatives and deliver projects on time and within budget Experience in presenting content and its business impact to C-level executives is advantageous
