Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Shelby, MT
Responsibilities:
Execute physician orders and operate sick call and pill call.
Assist physicians in examinations and treatments; prepare examination rooms.
Manage medication, syringes, and medical supplies inventory according to protocols.
Perform emergency medical procedures as necessary.
Maintain medical equipment and cleanliness of work areas.
Document and report all activities following established policies.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a correctional facility.
Proficient in medical, technical, and regulatory aspects of nursing care.
Skills:
Ability to monitor and maintain the security and confidentiality of medical records.
Skilled in emergency response and efficient in administrative tasks like record keeping.
Excellent communication skills, capable of handling interactions with tact and diplomacy.
