Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Various locations in Ohio, including Zanesville and surrounding areas
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy as ordered by the attending physician
- Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and progress to attending physician and agency staff
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance using physical means
- Counsel patients and family members on managing physical therapy in all phases of treatment
- Oversee and supervise therapy services provided by PTAs and nurse assistants
- Communicate with PTAs and nurse aides on supervisory visit results
- Complete all clinical documentation following agency protocol and guidelines
- Attend in-service training and mandatory agency meetings
Requirements:
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Capable of all physical demands
