Hourly Rate : $24 + Overtime (negotiable depending on experience)

Shift : Monday through Friday occasionally weekends.
- 7am -- 5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and solve problems in the areas of plumbing, pumps, HVAC, electrical, and pneumatics.
- Periodic inspections and servicing of equipment.
- Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
- General grounds keeping and facility related maintenance.
- Fabrication and repair of parts.
- Light maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Report to Manager daily for work schedule.
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Good communication and can read, write, speak English.
- Welding and machine shop experience is a plus
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
