Maintenance Technician (Fairbanks)

A Fairbanks apartment community is hiring full time Building/Property Maintenance Technicians. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the daytoday maintenance operations of the community. Applicants should have knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools. A minimum of 2-3 years of construction labor or building maintenance experience is preferred. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees Essential duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors Cleaning out apartments Prepare units for new moveins Complete groundwork such as: grounds pick up, sweeping, snow removal as needed and light landscaping Wages start at $19-$20/HR DOE, Monday -Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Requirements: 2-3 years of experience Background may be viewed Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation needed daily and throughout shifts Valid insurance and registration Basic Hand tools Applicants never pay fees when applying with or working for TDL Staffing Begin your application online atApply Now Call our office for further information or with questions at EOE
