Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Plant Maintenance Operator, Equipment Repair Technician), you'll participate in all aspects of maintenance, conduct equipment inspections, perform major repairs, and ensure equipment meets quality and production standards. The role involves hands-on applications with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in plant maintenance preferred.

- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and other technical drawings, follow written work instructions, and uphold OSHA safety policies.
