We are hiring a maintenance laborer to join our maintenance team for our retail convenience and food service operations. You will inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs an as need or emergency basis. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in general labor or construction, must be skilled with various hand and power tools and have the ability to bend or stoop and lift 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate effectively with Facilities Director and work independently. Strong work ethic and attention to detail is required Repair work will include painting, carpentry, powerwashing, and detail cleaning. Repair work will take place in operations that are food service brands or convenience stores. Must be able to work around equipment and employees while maintaining clean environments and food safety. Successful candidate will work in many different locations in the Stony Creek area.
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:- Painting , general Cleaning, power washing.
- MUST have prior painting and power washing experience
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends
- Drivers License
- Proven maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
