MMC Group is hiring for a Contract Associate Manager for our client in the Business Consulting Industry!

Contract: 1 year Start: 7/15 Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM EST Location: Remote,

Must reside in: New York City, Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, or Hartford ; may require some travel and in-office work at clients' locations

The Contract Associate Manager is part of our Legal and Commercial Services, supporting the sales throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts. Professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. The client works alongside sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts. Collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organizational practices, understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions. Lead/support contract management teams across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities; account strategy, objectives and opportunities Effectively managing commercial levers, risks and issues; Compliance with contract obligations and policy. Lead drafting and review of contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.) and collaborating with other internal organizations, under direction of a contract management lead where appropriate, Observe and/ or participate in negotiations. Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organization, Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions. Capable of managing contracts, including subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and client business requirements.

Requirements: 5+ years of contract management experience 5+ years support sales efforts, commercial sales Bachelor's degree Member of IACCM or NCMA a plus
