POSITION SUMMARY | Business Associate Intern - Emerging Leader
We are seeking a motivated and inspired Business Associate Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn a variety of key business functions, have the aspiration to grow into a leadership role, and the desire to develop a deep expertise of Kingland products and our key industries. In this role you will work closely with our business, product, and operations teams to support various initiatives that drive the Company's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES | Business Associate Intern - Emerging Leader

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and provide support.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial models.
• Work closely with a variety of individuals within a product team to support the development and execution of deliverables, under the supervision of more senior team members.
• Identify, analyze, and document product specifications and provide recommendations on solving business problems.
• May perform more specialized work and make independent decisions with review in one or more of the following areas: Product Analysis, Project Management, Client Success, Business Operations.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the product teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS | Business Associate Intern - Emerging Leader

• Currently enrolled in a four-year institution, specializing in a program with a related focus.
• Interest in technology and its application in business settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High accountability, ownership and drive to create quality work products.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Desire to be challenged and take on assignments outside of their existing skillsets.
