Job Summary:

The Mail Order Associate at Pepper Palace is responsible for fulfilling online orders by picking, packing, and shipping products. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that orders are shipped on time and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked.
  • Use a variety of software and equipment to complete tasks.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues with orders.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds for the entirety of shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
