Customer Service

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and order status

- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM system

- Work with production and logistics team to resolve customer issues

- Identify potential leads

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service and inside sales

- Manufacturing or Construction experience is preferred

- Proficient in MS Office, CFM software

- Strong communication skills
