Administrator to join our First Aid team on a permanent full-time basis. Based in Belmont operating Monday to Friday, your main focus will involve rostering and coordinating service delivery to our Field Service Officers. Coordinate the delivery of First Aid support services through updating personnel calendars and coordinating rosters. Assist the Field Service Team Leader with duties as required, including customer facing roles. Assist Field Service Officers onsite as required. Oversee inventory management for Field Service teams and coordinate with Supply Chain for ongoing product supply and replenishment schedules. Ensuring records and internal systems accurately reflect customer request data including purchase orders, responding to requests for information and maintenance of Field Service inbox. Liaising with internal and external teams regarding inventory issues and customer orders. Communicating First Aid Kit service offerings and setting up new accounts within the appropriate finance and CRM systems. Some regional travel will be required. What you will bring to the role: The ability to multitask and prioritise competing tasks Demonstrated capacity to build positive working relationships, communicate and motivate others across a diverse demographic to ensure successful outcomes Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilise corporate information systems and MS Office applications to a proficient level Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet set deadlines Experience using a CRM is highly desirable What’s in it for you?
