Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Ohio. (But you already knew that, right? )
  • CPR certification is essential (a sign that you take your job seriously!)
  • Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred (Show us your skills)!
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills (Don't be afraid to show off!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (We're looking for friendly folks here!)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care like a boss, in accordance with the highest professional standards and practices.
  • Administer medications and treatments like a pro, just as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health like an eagle, and update patient records accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans like a ninja.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents like a clean freak, and adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families and other healthcare team members like a master of communication.
