SUMMARY:
Ensure employees or guests are driven between locations in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
  • Drive shuttle between different locations to pick up and drop off employees or guests
  • Able to communicate with people of all levels - assist employees or guests on and off the bus as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring shuttle is kept clean and lost & found items are delivered to Lost & Found/ Security
  • Follow precise schedules and must adjust their driving according to traffic and weather conditions in order to arrive at each stop at the designated time
  • Exercise Due Care to avoid accidents, obey all traffic laws and may be responsible for maintaining orderliness among passengers.
  • Drivers must ensure the safety of employees and guests, which may include providing first aid in emergencies, and keeping the shuttle in safe working condition.
  • Drivers are required to keep records of their commute times and report mechanical issues, delays or other dilemmas
  • All other duties as assigned by management
LANGUAGE SKILLS: (Level 2) Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: (Level 2) Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: (Level 3) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Tennessee Driver's License with F Endorsement
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires good negotiation and listening skills
  • Requires a good understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of resort amenities, room designs
  • Good attendance and punctual
  • Exhibits professionalism
  • Exhibits good grooming habits
  • Wears the proper uniform
  • Works efficiently
  • Follows all resort and office policies and standard operating procedures
  • Conducts themselves in a professional manner with a positive attitude
