Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Gives medications and charts appropriately in the patient record. Regulatory Requirements: * Current LPN license within the state of Connecticut. * Current BLS certification. Language Skills: * Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. * Additional languages preferred. Skills: * Basic computer knowledge.
