Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as National Sales Director, Wireless Services. This pivotal role demands a dynamic blend of technical expertise in wireless telecommunications solutions and astute business acumen to oversee the deployment and management of DAS, DRAN, WiFi, Private LTE, C-Band, and cutting-edge 5G technologies, while also laying the groundwork for 6G advancements. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy that expands AFL's reach, unlocks new revenue streams, and fuels customer success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and handling strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on driving quantifiable revenue growth and enhancing market presence.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the consultative selling of managed telecommunications services. Goals will include new logo acquisition and driving growth from the existing customer base in selling the company's suite of managed services and products. To include but not limited to design, build, monitoring of DAS, DRAN, WiFi, Private LTE, C-Band, and Professional Services.
  • Your responsibilities will span business development, program coordination, and technology outreach, all aimed at fostering collaboration and driving revenue growth.
  • Act as a concierge to our Strategic Partners.
  • You must be equally comfortable at an event booth discussing our technology as you are in a meeting with C-suite influencing industry leadership.
  • Develop program plans and execute against them, monitor business performance against the plans.
  • Collaborate extensively with marketing to ensure capture stories of impact and position our partnerships to create powerful stories and content.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to prepare for the integration of future technologies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deploy advanced telecommunications solutions across partner portfolios.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliance, business development, in the wireless telecommunications sector, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering substantial revenue growth.
  • Must be technologically sound and understand specs such as DAS, DRAN, WiFi, Private LTE, C-Band. Will need to communicate the understanding of wireless services and a tie into our product lines.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic planning with C-suite level leadership.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, company headquarters, and other relevant locations.
Working Conditions

  • Moderate overnight travel.
  • Moderate pressure to meet customer and company deadlines.
  • General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required.
