Wood are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Professional to join our team, specializing in Industrial Boilers. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth across the Americas.

Network Development: Utilize your existing network to identify potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to drive business opportunities. Business Hunting: Pro-actively seek out and identify new opportunities for Industrial Boiler projects, staying ahead of market trends Extensive Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively across the Americas to meet clients, attend industry events, and engage in business development activities Project Development: Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, employing your persuasive communication and negotiation skills to achieve business targets Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry challenges, and potential growth areas to shape the business development strategy Achieve Revenue Goals: Leverage your proven track record of growing business units to achieve revenue and growth targets set for Industrial Boilers Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their satisfaction remains high Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest advancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field Proven experience in business development, specifically focused on Industrial Boilers Existing network of relevant contacts in the Americas region, demonstrating your ability to leverage these connections for business growth Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing complex deals Ability to travel extensively throughout the Americas as needed Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to develop effective solutions for clients Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities to identify growth opportunities Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
