Hours : Monday thru Friday; 9am-5pm

Our team is collaborating with a nearby retailer to recruit a polished and professional Customer Service Specialist.
In this role, you will assist customers with placing and processing their orders. Additionally, you will be the point of contact between the warehouse and Customers to ensure timely availability and shipping. You must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

- Proficient on the computer (Word, Excel, Shopify Order Entry)
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Handle constructive feedback
- Be willing to work extra hours, including two (2) Saturdays in December
- Able to work well with our team
- German speaker is a plus
- Taking phone orders
- Filing
- Claims with shipping carriers i.e.: UPS and USPS
- Answering emails
- Resolving customer issues
- Check out and assist customers who shop in our warehouse store
- Identify Products in the Catalog and upsell
- Pronounce names and products properly
