Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director Assist with Medication Management Program Assist with care plans Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response What will I need to be successful in this role?
