- Complete accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation
- Complete/receive accurate shift report
- Complete timely rounds to check on the safety and security of residents
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and standards of professional nursing
- Maintain appropriate communication with physicians and families regarding changes in resident's condition.
- Explains procedures and treatments to residents to gain trust and cooperation
