Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinic operations and management
- Implement strategic plans for clinical growth and staff hiring and retention
- Assess patient medical history and diagnose their condition
- Create personalized treatment plans and set clear goals for patients
- Utilize various therapy techniques to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on the recovery process
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure in CT
- 3 years experience in outpatient orthopedics, with previous management experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care in a rewarding environment
