Licensed Practical Nurse -L PN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license
-
2-3 years experience as a nurse in long term care is preferred
-
Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
-
Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
-
Perform a ll duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
