A distribution company in Hillside is looking for a part-time Facilities/Office Services position on a temporary basis to support the Marketing department. The position will work three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:

  • Back up for reception duties.
  • Maintain supply inventory; verify inventory levels by monitoring shelves.
  • Orders, receives, and organizes supplies in supply room or storage.
  • Deliver mail and package daily.
  • Assist staff with shipping needs.
  • Manage office supply inventory and keep supply area organized.
  • Restock first aid supply.
  • Maintain list of building maintenance or office maintenance issues and coordinate repairs/maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Re-stock all items from pantry, kitchen, and office supplies.
    Requirements:
    • 1+ year of Office Services or Facilities experience.
    • Ability to stand on feet for extended period.
    • Ability to lift 25lbs.
