We are seeking a Weekend Hospice Nurse to join our team at Hartford HealthCare at Home. As a Weekend Hospice Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to patients and families during their end-of-life journey. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Valid CT RN license
• One year of RN experience; Homecare or Hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Computer proficiency required
