Provide direct patient care according to established policies and procedures under the direction of a RN. 2. Administers medication according to scope of practice, performs reassessments, collects data, takes histories, initiates IV access, provide wound care and assists in activities of daily living. 3. Documents in the medical record, findings and information. 4. Communicate appropriate medical and clinical information to the staff as required. 5. Demonstrates sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy. Maintains confidentiality of patient and unit care data. 6. Provides first line customer service response. 7. Follows the Standards of Behaviors. 8. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned Additional Job Description Will work 3 12-hour shifts per week; 7 pm- 7 am; weekends included, and holidays as needed.
