Program Director

at one of our in-prison programs in:

High Desert State Prison, Susanville, CA California State Prison, Solano, Vacaville, CA

About the Position:

As

Certified SUD/AOD Program Director

you plan, organize, direct and coordinates all aspects of the program and indirectly supervise all staff, develops, interprets, and administers policies and procedures governing the programs, and administers appropriate strategies for recruitment, selection and retention of staff, in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDT Program).

Duties:

The Program Director plans, organizes, directs and coordinates all aspects of the program and indirectly supervises all staff, develops, interprets, and administers policies and procedures governing the programs, and administers appropriate strategies for recruitment, selection, and retention of staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

SUD / AOD Program Directors must have a working knowledge of SUDT Programs and meet one (1) of the following minimum requirements: A Master’s Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field, and at least one (1) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program;

OR A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program;

OR An Associate’s Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least four (4) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program;

OR Six (6) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program.
