Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience within the past 3 years required.
- Must hold an LPN license for at least 1 year, with a current license valid in Oregon
- BLS certification preferred, American Heart Association.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs and manage patient health records.
- Provide primary care for geriatric patients, including feeding and personal hygiene assistance.
- Administer medication, monitor frequency and amounts.
- Supervise nursing aides and assistants.
- Manage and operate medical equipment such as catheters and oxygen suppliers.
Requirements:
- Willingness to float to meet facility needs.
