Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by APTA
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans based on MD's orders
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
- Complete all required documentation
Work Settings: Outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital
Pay Range: $40.00 - $53.00 /Hr
