Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues. Manage fault management, ticketing, and event management processes. Utilize extensive technical expertise to support network services. Develop proficiency in telecommunications NOC support systems and processes. Enhance the knowledge base for network device troubleshooting, design, and support documentation. Monitor and analyze performance across networks and automation deployments. Serve as a liaison among customer-facing teams, network operations centers, vendor support teams, and peer networks as necessary.
