Quality Assurance Technical Analyst

As the Quality Assurance Technical Analyst, you will collaborate as a solution-oriented team member to work alongside the commercial and technical operations teams, delivering QA objectives to support business growth. This position is based fully onsite on our Sylmar, CA> facility. You will report to the Site Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report metrics and key performance indicators for the Quality Management System and follow-up on open actions related to Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA), Out of Specification (OOS) reports and Deviations.
  • Identify and define audit scope and criteria, review evidence, analyze findings to assess compliance levels, and provide recommendations for improvement and corrective actions as needed
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify compliance gaps and risks, providing results to leadership for further action
  • Drive process improvements to enhance systemic compliance and quality standards, utilizing ingenuity and creative problem-solving.
  • Assist with deviation and audit findings, tracking, ensuring their execution, and coordinating closure of actions
  • Lead the front room for external audit
Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • Travel less than 5%
  • 3+ years of Quality Management experience
  • College Degree

  • Salary range $76,000-$90,000 plus annual bonus
