Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate experiential therapy sessions.
- Coordinate and plan therapy programs to meet client needs.
- Maintain therapy environments for safety and supplies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of intervention strategies to maintain client safety.
- Complete therapeutic documentation according to company policy.
Education/Training Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in art, music, dance, recreation, or related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certification/registration through appropriate credentialing board preferred.
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
- Formal training in management of aggressive behavior and self-defense.
