Community Physical Therapy is a prominent therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin. They are seeking additional PT coverage in Warrenville and Elmhurst for approximately 20 hours a week, including documentation time.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about geriatric rehabilitation. Therapists are needed to work with the geriatric population within a beautiful Independent Living campus. The role involves providing Home Care or Outpatient therapy services to residents, with recent Home Care experience required. The workdays and hours offer some flexibility but require availability during regular business hours, and dementia experience is considered a plus.
Community Physical Therapy delivers rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and Independent Living, and outpatient services.
