Pay Range: $19.47-23.65 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM’s Assistant Event Producer, you’re responsible for assisting the marketing events team in planning and executing marketing events; including assisting with communications, marketing research; and managing circular and administrative processes.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
• Monitor: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ads and in-store signage in partnership with marketing ads team and events team lead
• Manage: Marketing events as assigned by Marketing Manager or Event producers
• Plan: Enter-To-Win and other contesting efforts, including notifying winners, collecting necessary information for redemption, and arranging for prize pickup
• Execute: Signage plan by helping change out in-store signage weekly and incremental changes for certain time periods
• Collaborate: Assist with marketing research efforts, communicating information to staff as appropriate

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• High School Diploma or GED required
• College course work in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment preferred
• Punctual, professional and enthusiastic
• Demonstrates initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to accept direction
• Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background check
