Summary:

The Lead Customer Services Representative - Call Center will perform a variety of administrative tasks to maintain productivity and coordinate activities within the call center. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to effectively communicate, and manage difficult customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Promote a positive attitude in self and others
  • Manage difficult customers professionally and confidently
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate analytical abilities and basic knowledge of Medicaid and Peach Care Insurance
  • Be proficient with Boomerang, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Previous office experience in a dental office environment preferred

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work between the hours of 10am-7pm Sunday-Thursday
  • Attend a 3-week mandatory training in Atlanta, GA
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time hours, 40 hours weekly
