We're looking for a Lead Primary Care Physician who can make a real difference in the healthcare of our senior population. As a key member of our physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of patients every day. We are seeking an individual who is innovative, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses
- Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes
- Lead and collaborate with a care team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Engage with hospitalists and specialists when necessary
- Coach patients towards setting and achieving health goals
- Lead meetings and promote a positive team culture
Requirements:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Current, active MD licensure
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice
- Board certification in relevant specialty preferred
- Current DEA number for controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
