THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR LEAD BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA
THE SCHEDULE:
Join our management team in this full-time behavioral analysis role, with our great hybrid schedule offering two flexible options: 10 am to 6 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm .
YOUR ROLE:
As a Lead Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - BCBA, you experience impactful days shaping children's lives. You collaborate with a dedicated management team to create personalized behavior intervention plans, guiding behavior technicians for effective implementation. When conducting assessments, analyzing data, and tailoring interventions, you ensure progress. Your communication skills shine while leading meetings with families and interdisciplinary teams, using data to enhance outcomes. You stay informed on the latest research while continuously improving your skills. Advocating for evidence-based interventions and upholding ethical standards are key to success in this behavioral analysis role. Your passion for helping others and commitment to positive behavior change empower individuals to achieve their goals daily.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hold a BCBA license in the state of Nevada
  • Willing to provide in-person supervision as needed
