We are seeking an experienced self-motivated commercial landscape estimator for an immediate opening. The Landscape Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for responding to requests for proposals, the formal bid process, managing project budgets, tracking project timelines, and project material.
This is an opportunity to join a 45-year-old well established company. The ideal Estimator/Project Manager will have at least 5 years of construction bidding experience, including union, prevailing wage, and private projects.
Successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in but not limited to:
Required experience: 5 Years Commercial Landscape estimating
Required education: HS Diploma/GED
