Job Description:
The Our Lady of Mount Carmel School community seeks extraordinary Aftercare staff members for the
school year. In this position you will:
? Interact with children in a safe & caring environment
? Support the lead with supervision of children, implementation of activities, and distribution of snack
? Assist in conflict resolution conversations with students
? Assist in ensuring student safety
? Assist children with clean up, empowering them to be independent as is appropriate for their age
Qualifications:
? Enjoy working with children
? Growth mindset
? Must be 18+ years of age
Compensation: $18-22/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Hours: 2:45pm-5:30pm, M, T, Th, F; 12:45 pm-5:30 pm W. (Schedule may be flexible)
