We seek a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide high-level technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for end-users with one of our top clients in Denver.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networking issues, and ensuring optimal system performance to maintain user productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely technical support for end-users, addressing computer and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and software to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems that standard procedures may not address, taking corrective actions either remotely or on-site.
  • Provide escalation support for help desk tickets, resolving issues that require more advanced technical knowledge.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand how your role impacts overall team success and contributes to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime for end-users.
  • Effectively communicate solutions and technical information within the team and with end-users in routine and moderately complex scenarios.
  • Work independently with general supervision, managing your workload and delivering results without direct oversight.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop and remote technical support.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 support, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for:
    • Windows 10/11
    • Office 365 applications
    • Networked printers
    • Basic networking fundamentals
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
