Location: Mt. You are curious, a problem-solver, enjoy tinkering with technology, and provide excellent customer service.</strong> If this sounds like you, Dot Foods wants you on our team.<br><br>As an IT Helpdesk Coordinator, you primarily will support company-wide internal customers in the areas of computers, printers, and connectivity to the network and client software. You'll coordinate with other IT teams to resolve issues and provide a high level of customer service to internal users.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong><br><ul><li>Troubleshoot PC and printer hardware, connectivity to networks including wireless, VPN, dial up and DSL</li><li>Answer user calls regarding various IT incidents and assist via phone, in person or email</li><li>Log work orders into the helpdesk ticket system by collecting pertinent information from user</li><li>Provide support for standard client software installed at Dot</li><li>Resolve or escalate tickets in an efficient, timely manner</li><li>Set up user network accounts and system access</li><li>Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position</li></ul><br><strong>YOU MUST HAVE </strong><br><ul><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><br><strong>YOU MAY ALSO HAVE </strong><br><ul><li>Associate's degree in an IT-related field</li><li>Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds</li><li>Knowledge of helpdesk software</li></ul><br><strong>ROLE SPECIFICS </strong><br><ul><li>Weekly schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun evenings 3x12 hour shifts</li><li>Occasional overnight travel required.
