As an isolved Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in launching successful implementations under the guidance of our Director of Client Experience. You'll be responsible for the successful conversion of clients onto the isolved HCM platform by working with leadership and the client to ensure a smooth transition from their previous HCM or payroll platform. Your expertise in isolved Payroll and Human Capital Management, coupled with your knack for managing systems will make you a vital part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and complete isolved implementations
• Update and maintain project management systems and procedures
• Manage submissions with 3rd Party Vendors
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of implementation tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Industry certifications - FPC/CPP/PHR (highly desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Over one year of customer service experience
• Experience Implementing iSolved Products

This is a remote position that requires an independent individual with high-level of accountability to work under minimum supervision
