As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li> Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information</li> <li> Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations</li> <li> Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes</li> <li> Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol</li> <li> Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines</li> <li> Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times</li> </ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p><ul><li> High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li> Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English</li> <li> Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment</li> <li> Good visual acuity</li> <li> Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required</li> <li> External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship</li> </ul> <br /> Preferred <br /> <ul><li> Minimum of two (2) years of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment</li> <li> Experience working with power tools</li> <li> Ability to read and interpret Blueprints</li> </ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
