As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li> Receiving-in parts and components, including documentation </li> <li> Comparing In-coming goods with Bill of Lading </li> <li> Communicating information on deviations to Project Managers &amp; Project team members </li> <li> Inspecting, counting, and checking quantity and quality of goods </li> <li> Booking and documenting arrival of goods in SAP and other pertinent documents </li> <li> Sort material according to Projects and structure of assembly designated for the project </li> <li> Labeling and storing goods in project specific storage locations </li> <li> • Deliver goods to assembly area following project timelines and plans </li> <li> Clearing storage after assembly is complete, returning any unused components to the shelving and storage warehouse designated. </li> <li> Check/performance maintenance for designated measuring equipment used in this role </li> <li> Maintaining order, cleanliness in all receiving and storage areas </li> <li> Following 5S methodology </li> <li> Active participation in continuous improvement process, using in all work tasks </li> <li> Transporting in-coming, existing and/or finished equipment using forklift and other necessary machine moving tools </li> <li> Preparing status or tracking reports whenever requested </li> <li> Conducting export checks </li> <li> Supporting the Project Team, working and communicating proactively </li> <li> Reporting on any bottlenecks • Maintain Kanban items &amp; assist in inventory verification quarterly/monthly. </li> <li> Add/ remove storage location in SAP for warehouse </li> <li> Maintain SMB reqi for project material </li> <li> Conduct monthly/quarterly inventory report from SAP and physically </li> <li> Ownership SMB parts inventory storage system </li> <li> Manage inventory process flow </li> </ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p><ul><li> 1-3 years in Logistics Warehousing or Production with Shipping and Receiving experience </li> <li> Microsoft office knowledge </li> <li> Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills </li> <li> Knowledge of Kitting and KanBan </li> <li> Ability to work well with others and resolve issues </li> <li> Experience with MRP-SAP systems; inventory control Logistics/warehousing skills or comparable professional work experience </li> <li> Knowledge of manufacturing, Bill of material (BOM) </li> <li> Forklift experience </li> </ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
