Responsibilities
  • Understand client insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Explain insurance options, coverage details, and terms to clients
  • Assist clients with insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage policy renewals, reviewing coverage and making updates as needed
  • Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and advocacy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales or client-facing background preferred.
  • Insurance experience beneficial but not required.
  • Must exhibit trustworthiness, reliability, and ethics.
  • Coachable mindset essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills needed.
  • Strong interpersonal communication crucial
