Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense and a passion for trial work. While Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus, they are not required. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work closely with some of the most respected attorneys in the field.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including litigation and trial proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality legal services.
  • Appear in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain professional relationships.
  • Trucking experience a must
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in trial litigation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to handle complex cases
