POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory. The successful candidate will have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, and preference will be given to those with foundational product knowledge of our products.
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
